- Domestic Orders: In Vietnam, all domestic orders will be processed almost immediately after the order is placed.
- International Orders: Your order sets off on its journey within 1-3 days of order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Payment Process: We’ll process your order as soon as credit card authorization and verification are complete. All orders are charged at the time of placement.
- Shipment Confirmation: Once your order leaves our warehouse, look out for an email with your tracking number(s). It might take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active, but you can easily follow your order’s progress here using the details provided.
Important Shipping Details:
- Cancellation Policy: We’re unable to cancel orders once they’re on their way from our warehouse.
- Non-refundable Costs: Shipping costs, along with any customs and duty fees (where applicable), are non-refundable for returns.
- Rural Deliveries: Please allow a little extra time for deliveries to rural addresses.
- Tracking Your Order: You’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. Tracking becomes available within 24 hours.
