Returns:
- Initiate a Return: Start the process by sending an email to [email protected]. Every return needs to be registered via this link to ensure smooth processing.
- Registration: Each item must be registered for return via our online return portal.
- Return Window: Items must be shipped back to us or returned in-store within 14 days of delivery. This applies to both full-priced and sale items, except where noted otherwise.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Worn items will not be accepted.
- Sale Items: All sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except for defective items upon arrival. For such cases, customers must make a video recording of the unboxing process for any claim to be valid.
- Special Conditions:
- Shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface and returned with the original shoe box.
- Swimwear must be tried on over underwear with the adhesive strip attached.
- Return Shipping: Returns will be arranged by our client services. If using another shipping provider, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Please contact our client services.
- Refunds: We will process your refund within 14 business days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse, crediting the same card/account used for the original purchase. Please note, the initial shipping fee is non-refundable.
- Exclusions: We do not accept returns or claims for items purchased from other retailers or second-hand sites.
