Do you offer a size guide?

Which payment methods are accepted?

How does your shipping policy work?

We process domestic orders in Vietnam almost immediately after they are placed. International orders are dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Is international shipping available?

Yes, we offer international shipping from our transport hubs in Singapore and Vietnam. We ship worldwide via DHL Express, FedEx Express, and Express Mail Services.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s). The tracking information will become active within 24 hours, and you can follow your order’s progress using the details provided.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Domestic deliveries within Vietnam typically take 1-3 business days. International deliveries can take anywhere from 3-10 business days, depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen.

What is your return policy?

You can return items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. Returns must be registered via our online return portal. Returns are arranged by contacting our client services, and if using another shipping provider, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse.
